At Keter David, we prepare every order with care. Below is our shipping policy and what to expect after you place an order.
Processing Time
Orders are typically processed within 1–3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays). During launches, holidays, or high-volume periods, processing may take slightly longer.
Free Shipping (Shipping on Us)
We offer free shipping on eligible orders. Shipping method selection is determined by Keter David.
Shipping Method (Our Choice)
We ship orders using Standard or Expedited shipping at our discretion, based on destination, order volume, and operational considerations. Delivery times are estimates and begin once your order is shipped.
Estimated Delivery Times
• Standard Shipping: 3–7 business days
• Expedited Shipping: 1–3 business days
Actual delivery may vary due to carrier delays, weather, peak seasons, or events outside our control.
Order Tracking
Once your order ships, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information. Tracking may take up to 24–48 hours to update after shipment.
Shipping Address Accuracy
Please ensure your shipping address is entered correctly at checkout. We are not responsible for delays or deliveries to an incorrect address provided by the customer.
If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect or incomplete address, you may be responsible for additional shipping costs to reship the order.
Lost or Stolen Packages
If your tracking shows “delivered” but you did not receive your package:
• Please check with household members, neighbors, and your building/office staff (if applicable).
• Contact the carrier directly using the tracking number.
If you still need help, email us at keterdavidofficial@gmail.com and we will do our best to assist. Please note that we are not responsible for stolen packages after confirmed delivery.
Damaged Packages
If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery at keterdavidofficial@gmail.com with your order number and clear photos of the product and packaging so we can assist.
INTERNATIONAL ORDERS
For orders shipped outside the United States: Please note that international shipments may be subject to customs duties, taxes, and import fees determined by your country's regulations. These charges are the responsibility of the recipient and are not included in your order total. We recommend contacting your local customs office for more information about potential charges before placing your order.
